Greysheet & CPG Pricing Added for Newcomb Varieties of Coronet Head Large Cents
Large Cents by Newcomb variety are an advanced, but important part of the American numismatic hobby.
Newcomb varieties comprise one of a significant collecting area of early United States copper. Based on his seminal work on the topic, Howard R. Newcomb, designated die varieties for the copper large cents struck from 1816-1857. We have added these varieties for the Coronet cents (1816-1839) and priced many of the issues in brown, red-brown, red surfaces, where possible. Values for the scarcest issues will be filled in over time, based on feedback from our readers. Please contact us if you would like to help.
