Rarity ratings provided courtesy of the Bust Half Nut Club Rarity Ratings Committee as published in their 2020 BHNC study report. While references in Overton as an early die state of the popular O-111b Bearded Goddess variety, this variety is more accurately described simply as the large stars obverse, 50/20 variety.

Obverse Description

Top of B unfinished, left base of 1 missing

OBV. 8. S1C, S7UH-LELC, S8B, S13 SC.PT.C. Stars are large and well formed. Date is 8 mm. and small, well centered and evenly spaced. 1 has long pointed serif at top, but hardly any at lower left. Top of B in LIBERTY is unfinished and bottoms of letters are ribbed.

Reverse Description

50 over 20

REV. H. A1UE, A2C, A3UH. 50 C. is 2 ¾ mm. A-A is 1 mm. Center dot near junction of left wing and shield and a sharp die defect dot below the lowest arrowhead. Arrowheads are ribbed and show recutting. This is clearest example seen of the 5 over 2 as it shows not only a clear loop to left of 5 but part of the base of 2 is clearly visible to right of the lower curve of 5. (60,60,58,55,55) R.6 142
