Star 7 to front edge of cap OBV. 14. S1LE, S7UH-FOC, S8B, S13LE. Star 13 very close to bottom of back curl. Date is 8 mm. and evenly spaced.
Reverse Description
Serif of D under corner of E REV. P. A1B, A2B, A3LH. 50 C. is 1 ½ mm. A-A is ¼ mm. Line 3 of stripe 3 extends below border of shield. Base of D in UNITED is sharply lower than E. Right sides of T-I are in line. Two tiny spikes protrude from side of left wing. (66,65,65,65,64) R.1
