While reviewing the initial results in various categories of recent auctions, my initial take is that the sales were moderate to strong.
1854 Cent. Struck in a diameter smaller than that of the current circulating cents.
Obverse Description
Head of Liberty with braided hair and coronet, facing left, same style as used on circulating cents. No stars. Date 1854 below.
Reverse Description
Continuous laurel wreath, ribbon at bottom, enclosing ONE CENT. Around the border is UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
