The Prestige Proof Set program ran inconsistently from 1983 to 1997 with a one or two commemorative coins added to the regular proof sets of the year. The Prestige Proof Set for 1984 included the 1984 edition of the Olympics silver dollar. It was offered at $59, and 316,680 sets were sold.
