Head of Liberty attributed to George T. Morgan, with Phrygian cap with LIBERTY incused on band. E PLURIBUS to left and UNUM to right, date below.
Reverse Description
Perched eagle holding olive branch (with three leaves) and arrows, somewhat similar to that used on the Morgan dollar except not as delicate. Around border, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA / TEN DOL.
