This issue also must have been used to comply with another Sept. 29, 1773 Act for £520 to replace “decayed” bills issued by the Commissioners of the General Loan and £73 in bills destroyed by fire. Printed from type in red and black. Signers were Joseph Clay, Samuel Farley, Noble Jones, Noble Wimberly Jones, James E. Powell, Thomas Shruder, and William Young.
