Featured Greysheet Pricing for December: Philippines 20 centavos
In an effort to bring awareness to the vast amount of unprinted pricing we have online, every month Greysheet will include pricing for a series of coins not regularly published.
This month’s featured pricing consists of Philippines 20 centavos. This month’s featured pricing consists of Philippines 20 Centavos coinage from 1903 to 1945 issued under U.S. administration. This interesting denomination, like other U.S. Philippines coins, were stuck at the Philadelphia and San Francisco mints, and later at the mint in Manila after it was opened in 1920. This series contains numerous underrated key and semi-key dates, including the 1903-S, 1905-S, and 1910-S. The absolute key of the series is surely the 1928-M Mule, in which a 5 Centavos reverse die was used to strike the entire mintage of 100,000 coins.
