Obverse: The lily of Florence on a goods bale with around, a wreath of leaves, flowers and fruit, representing a copy of the Arms of the Tribunale della Mercanzia (Court of Goods), from a glazed faience of the 15th century by Luca della Robbia. Legend around the lily, between it and the wreath.
Reverse: Female bust with a wreaths of flowers and leaves representing the Spring as taken from a painting by Sandro Botticelli (1445-1510), now conserved at the Uffizi Gallery in Florence. At the left is the value and the mintmark, while below the bust in the name of the author and the date.
